PROGRAM MANAGER OF EXECUTIVE EDUCATION
Business-Master’s innovative approach can best be seen in corporate educational programmes. The Role
Reporting directly to the Executive Education Director, Program Manager will be responsible for structuring and implementation of customized corporate educational programmes. Programme Manager will act as the key person in delivering the progrmme providing liaison and cooperation between the client, Business-Master development team, faculty, industry experts, and other participants involved in the programme. In more detail, his/her responsibilities will be:
• Provide the analysis of client's business tasks and assessment of program participants to identify the programme objectives
• Work closely with programme developer to design the programme content to ensure it is driven by client's needs and the client's business
• Prepare and sign programme proposal with the client
• Provide coordination of team work in programme development and delivery including faculty of band other leading business Schools, as well as guest speakers
• Coordinate the administrative support in planning of programme schedule, generation of the pool of instructors and guest speakers for the entire programme
• Collect feedback from the client and provide evaluation of programme efficiency
• Establish long-term relations with clients by providing review of the programme, assessment of the results and feedback
• Database management for current and prospective clients and programme participants
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have management consulting experience within the major international MC firms (such as McKinsey, BCG, Roland Berger, Accenture and etc.). We will also consider candidates with strong T&D experience within international and local corporations or training companies who can bring up-to-date knowledge of corporate education programmes for top management.
The candidates should have strong project management experience, excellent presentation skills for spoken and written communication, be result driven and be able to coordinate teamwork to achieve results in the given time frames. Strong interpersonal skills and focus on providing excellent customer service. Fluency in English is required.
